Alona Tal

Tal's career began after she left the Israel Defense Forces. In an animated music video for children, Tal played a wicked witch. After that she appeared as the model for a television commercial. In the following year, she was cast in her first lead role on the Israeli film Lihiyot Kochav (To Be A Star). When filming began on the film the actress was offered roles on two distinct Israeli programs on TV, and she chose each. One was a soap opera named Tzimerim which was about the lives of a family who runs a hotel; the second show included HaPijamot (The Pyjamas), a sitcom about the band that is struggling, but determined to succeed in the world of. The actress was a part of 3 seasons on the show, after which she was a guest actor, giving Tal the opportunity to showcase her talent as a singer. While Tal was only as a lead character during the first three years, many episodes were recorded in the fourth season. Tal was also a part of several tracks alongside Israeli singer Subliminal.
