Richard B. Cheney, prominent public servant and a businessman is the vice-president. Cheney was a familiar name on Washington's political stage. George W. Bush was his fourth U.S. President. Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30th 1941) was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been engaged to Richard Herbert Cheney for over thirty years. When he was 13 years old, Bruce accompanied his parents from Nebraska to Casper (in Wyoming, the State of Wyoming) where his father was director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's the district for soil conservation.
